Apex Legends cant get past the tittle screen

Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. idk
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. waiting in the lobby
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 4 matches

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? cant get into the lobby from the tittle screen
What should be happening instead? lobby showed up after pressing continue ?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i dont know
the game just crash when i'm in a lobby try to relaunch the game and when i get to the tittle screen and clicking continue the game almost load to the lobby BGS sound can be heard and then poof .. the game crash again without notification or anything got this on apex_crash.txt

tried to give it admin privilege and repair the game by deleting the EAC , doing a clean boot and everything still nothing

I took a look at the crash text file, there is info in there that suggests that running System File Checker may help:

Once that is done, perform a clean boot before starting the game:

Can you instead Repair the game by right clicking the game in Origin and then choose Repair.

my computer has an intel hd 620 graphics card and the same thing happens with me too but for me i cant get past the screen after i choose my servers
