Have you tried alternate DNS settings yet? Those instructions can be found here.

Hi there, @BlinkReal.

We should go through some connection troubleshooting to try to find out what's happening. Are you using a wired or wireless connection? Also, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo have tried all steps to make smooth gaming, it starts when I play game match and purely server issue. Due to this lag there is No Reg and I am not able to hear sound of Gun(bullets) and steps of enemy. sound just Pauses/Skip when lag appears.

Sir,

This is an apex game issue and that is a fact.  I am having the same issue ever since season 9 installed on my system. Power cycling router, pc and xbox one does not help.  All updates on my systems are installed, Have tried deleting local saved data, deleting/reinstalling entire game...a full system clean.  I have 100 speed...console connect wired and wireless...still the same lag issue. Pauses happens consistently during a match like a quick freeze and I'm getting roasted each and every time because of this.  The character load screen, sometimes the screen get stuck on a map screensaver and don't show the characters and selects for me and I don't see my character until a match starts.  Why all of sudden this started happening as soon as the season 9 update was installed; so what does that tell you..it's the game.  You guys server are not dealing with the traffic properly to maintain steady normal gameplay.  Try improving your servers at your datacenters.  I've tried going to another server and same results. .Took my xbox over to a friends house on their internet service with good speed and still same results..why am I having this problem on this game only and I can play all other multiple player games like COD and Rainbow Six and get the smoothest gameplay.  You guys keep releasing new installments are not fixing the ongoing issues after your season's are released and installed.  You consistently have people complaining about this and nothing is being done.
