Hello, last time i played apex legends was in april, yesterday i updated the game and logged in but my pathfinder twitch prime skin was gone, i searched the issue on the internet and saw that other people experienced this, contacted the support chat they said everyone got their pathfinder skins back in june, i wasn't playing at that time so i didn't even know this was an issue, they told me to contact amazon prime support but they told me that they can't give a new code as they don't have any and i already used the promotion back in april.
So now nobody is helping me and i can't use the skin which i paid for why wouldn't Apex support be able to check if i had the skin or not i seriously dont understand this...
im expecting a replacement.
