Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Trying to get to the menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Waiting for the menu to load

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and goes into the not responding state.
What should be happening instead? I should go to the menu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know about anyone else but I just have to open the game and click the LMB to go to the menu.

I had this issue since the new update (4/4/19) do you have -novid in the advanced launch options? Cause i did and once i deleted that it stopped locking up on load.

How to do this? :'( I dont know how to find advanced launch options, I load from Origin @Matty_Dreadlock

In origin, right click on the game, then press properties and then there should be an advanced launch option. However if you haven't added the -novid bit yourself it wont be there I dont think

i took -novid out of apex advance launch but when i click to continue to get into the menu it stops responding out of no where within 30 seconds for no reason have any other fixes
