Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. When I loaded back from a game, I do not get any xp or rp in the menu.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Majority of games I play, whether I do good or bad.

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Started in May and is still going on frequently.

How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game's xp screen is not there and I cannot see it. I also don't progress on the levelling up bar.
What should be happening instead? I should be getting xp and gaining or losing rp.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a few games on the Nintendo Switch and check how much xp you get.
If I win a game in ranked, most of the time when I leave to the lobby, the xp screen does not show. I immediately go to the main menu without seeing a match summary and I won't level up. The win doesn't count and my kills.
