Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Cant play a match kicking me everytime
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. a squad mate left the game. Star

Hey, @jsm177 

 

Are you still getting kicked after every match? There's some steps we can try to help avoid this while the team is investigating these errors.

Have you tried a power cycle with the console and router? A lot of players have been having success reducing connectivity errors by setting the DNS manually on the console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

 

How to power cycle:

 

Reboot the power to the modem/router

  1. Unplug the power cable from your modem/router for 5-10 minutes to refresh the network.

PS4:

  1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
  2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? It varies, sometimes a few, sometimes only one
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) at different times, but the latest was 18.07.19 15:23 (EDT)
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? My character seems to freeze while the game continues to happen around me, after a few seconds, I get disconnected and I get a message saying the game lost connection to EA servers. I also lose any progression towards challenges I managed to get during the game.
What should be happening instead? The game should not disconnect and/or (at least) progression should be kept as this is not my fault.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know to be honest.

Been unable to play now for over a week 

Reset the router several times 

giving up until this is patched properly I don’t have the time to keep resetting boxes over and over. This is the only game I have a problem with . season 2 a disaster. What’s the point in releasing an update if it’s not fit for purpose. The game was much better before this pointless update.
