What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Using the ultimate accelerator item.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Yes
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Doesn't matter.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? You are able to get infinite ultimates, which is super over powered on characters like lifeline where you can summon 20+ care packages a game.
What should be happening instead? The ultimate accelerator should be used.

I really hope this issue can be fixed fast as not many know about it currently, and it is very game breaking.

What happens when the bug occurs? You can get unlimited supplies(like shield charger, healthy pack, Phoenix kit, and ultimate accelerator). The player can use this bug to stay outside the ring and keep alive until the game ended(because they can get infinite supplies).
What should be happening instead? those items should be consumed.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The steps to reproduce this have been removed for obvious reasons.
