What happens when the bug occurs? The game has been freezing and crashing ever since the Dressed to Kill update that occurred in June. I've been playing Apex for years and have never experienced this before until that update. No matter what mode you're playing (you can even be in the Firing Range), the game will freeze and crash, bringing you back to your home screen/desktop. This has been happening to thousands ever since the June update to people on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. This is the only game this happens. No matter what, when I play, I will get down to 2-4 squads left, and the game will just freeze and crash me back to the home screen. I have done every single generic troubleshoot provided by EA, and none of them have worked. We have been trying to find our own solution for months, but there is no true solution to this. No one from EA/Respawn have reached out or even confirmed they're investigating this matter. Why is that? Also, this happens rarely, but I also now get an error sometimes when loading up the game that says "This profile is not permitted to play online." I have to spam the A button 5-10 times until it lets me in. I've never been banned or faced any type of warning before this. This started happening when the Dressed to Kill update happened.
What should be happening instead? The game works normally
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I will literally stream to anyone from EA so they can see this happening. It's super frustrating.

Is someone going to help us? It's despicable when it's been the biggest topic on here for months now and no one is addressing it or helping us.
