Apex Elite not counting top 5 placments or wins [ Edited ]

Apex Elite is not counting my top 5 placements. I have had 12 top 5 placements in a row including 4 wins and the game has only counted 7 of the placements and 1 win. I have had a win with Gibralter, medic, and wraith and its only saying that I have won with the wraith. 

Can my game files please be fix the games that are not being counted?

Just played a game 6-16-19 @ 9 am eastern and it counted as a top 5. I still am missing 6 top 5 apex elite placements and 3 apex elite wins with 2 of the wins being with other characters.

I have 40+ kills and a few wins not being counted. Even my damage is staying the same. With all characters!

Coz most of the problems are on PS4, my friends got the same problem coz we got like a win and I didn’t get the badge and I was rly pisses but my Xbox friends don’t have the problem and I’m so desperate for that badge it rly bugged me a lot
