@CG_MindTricks Hi, I’m in exactly the same position as a few above, missed the opportunity to join GAC amongst other things due to the outage, was locked out until using another device the following day that gave me brief access to join TW, but was not back on my primary device until the Monday.

I still haven’t received compensation. I called EA and submitted a ticket for this issue and wasn’t able to play on my phone the entire period. I got on my account via my iPad after a day or two, but was affected by this issue and deserve compensation.

Hi I was affected by the recent outage but have recieved no compensation.
i was locked out on my phone, but was able to logbin through an old slow ipad, with only wifi capability.
this was my 2 accounts ally codes:

I am still waiting too. I was out of the game for 60 hours that weekend and I have been anxiously awaiting compensation. My ally code is 755-142-198. Hopefully they are still checking this thread...https://answers.ea.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/11676897

@Marilficent If the Ally Code you provided is the correct one, than you were not affected by the 24-26 Jan 2020 iOS outage as your account is linked to Google Play only.
