What happens when the bug occurs? Banner shows up with error that says: THE CLIENT FAILED AN ANTI-CHEAT RUNTIME INTEGRITY CHECK: VIOLATION. It has happened twice randomly mid game.

No, this doesn't mean you are banned.
This is just a error message that prevents Apex Legends from launching.
Repairing the game in the Origin launcher is also known to fix this issue.
But it's recommend to follow all steps that EA_Barry suggested
