Anthem unable to connect to servers/infinite loading screen bug

Summarize your bug Upon launching the game, I have received either the infinite loading screen bug, or a message telling me that I cannot connect to the Anthem servers.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game on Xbox One.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to play Anthem as a result of being unable to connect to the servers, even though both my internet and the Anthem servers appear to be working as intended.
What should be happening instead? I should be bypassing the launch screen and loading into the game.

There appears to be a second bug that occurs in tandem with this one, wherein the bioware logo (with the Ranger Javelin) has trouble fully loading, and stops midway through the animation. I began encountering this error at the same time that the game became unable to load.

Hey 

i uninstalled my preorder and LOD pack and moved my game to internal storage not my external HD and I’m now able to log in. 

Worth a shot!

Game stopped working during mission.  Volume is completely gone.  I cannot get past start up menu. I didn't pay 80$ for this crap. destiny was way better. Trash game.

I have been having this problem for the past 6hours wont load all the way. It freezes and I've even deleted the game off my xbox and re downloaded it and still no sound when ur loads if it loads

I was having this this morning.  I did a hard restart (from the xbox menu). Played another mp game and came back.  I saw something that said that this clears the cache and allows it to boot up again

I logged in on my account on my sons xbox. It worked just fine then I switched over to my xbox rebooted the xbox and im good.
