What happens when the bug occurs? Constant lag
What should be happening instead? No lag
I have gone through every "fix". Uninstalled the game, reinstalled, "repaired", adjusted graphics settings, adjusted video card settings, updated Windows. Even the new PTS demo is lagging. When the game first launched it was fine, but since the update in, I think it was February, it has had terrible lag and I can't even play anymore.

I completed all of your recommendations and observed the FPS during gameplay.
200+ FPS during loadscreens
low 7FPS high 95 During Freeplay
After about 5 minutes of gameplay, FPS raged from 10-50 FPS, spending the most time around 15-30FPS
In Fort Tarsis FPS stayed around 15FPS as I ran around

what preset / ingame graphic settings are you running on?
can you take a screenshot of them for me please?
And is your Anthem installation on the HDD or SSD?
there is an odditiy from the screenshots you shared in the last post, although your GPU has 6GB dedicated memory the system is using system ram instead for the most part, which is slow in comparison and also not on the GPU therefore "travelling" further with the data.
I believe there is a setting in your intel graphics panel for setting the dedicated GPU as the only GPU, even if it increases your power usage it should at least instruct the machine to utilize the GTX 1060 to the fullest.
in addition to this, can you open NVIDIA control panel and set "Max prerendered frames" to 1, and take same screenshots again, in your case you have more CPU power to ulilize and doing this step will offload some of the load of preparing frames back to the CPU instead and decrease input lag seeing as you have a 120HZ.
and your DXdiag is showing not only the webhelper, origin and anthem crashing but also a inpagerror which is indicative of bad sector/ failure of HDD.
To check which it is please run a /chkdsk in cmd.
and a SFC scan to ensure the windows fles and system are intact.
Please revert with your screenshots and findings, and lets take it from there.
