Another thread about missing weapon skins

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Weapon skins
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. One day started up the game and in game noticed my weapon skins for R301 are gone.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Over 100
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) About 01/06/2019
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I have unlocked a few weapon skins for my R301 through apex packs. I had some pretty cool skins. Notably 2 have disappeared, and i’m sure there were others.
What should be happening instead? All of my weapon skins should be present.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account and my skin unlocks

I cannot provide a screenshot of a previous date from when I had the skins.  And on my account it shows that I have not unlocked any skins and the gun reverts to factory issue.  I believe one of the skins was the one in the picture. It was the most recognizable one I had. I also had a couple Rare skins.  Last night I received 2 apex packs and in it came another R301 skin, and that isn’t showing up on my skin menu or in game, even though I equipped it from the apex pack screen right after it opened up the pack.
