Annihilate Not Working Correctly in Heroic Sith Raid [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Participate in a Heroic Sith Raid, use Unbreakable Will, and get annihilated by Darth Nihilus.

During this evening's Sith Raid, I used Unbreakable Will in P1 with Hux and in P4 with Hermit Yoda, and in both cases Annihilate failed to reduce their health as it should. Neither appeared to take any health damage at all - only protection -  where in previous raids they would be reduced to 1 health. 

I should note that in both cases, SLKR was in his Ultimate stance at the time. 

Attached is a screenshot showing Hermit Yoda immediately after being annihilated.
