Angel throws supply pack on floor instead of calling in loadout crate

Summarize your bug When trying to call in a load out crate, angel throws a supply pack on floor
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip supply pack with angel, you are presented wit the assign drop point circle on the ground. When hitting R2 button to execute the command he throws down a ammo pack instead of calling in the loadout crate.
What happens when the bug occurs? He throws an ammo pack on floor
What should be happening instead? A loadout crate should drop from the sky.

same here in PC.  only in the third action, he call.

Same on PC. If I right click again and move the drop zone slightly it works.
