What happens when the bug occurs? Alliance System doesn't count recent players as contributors.
What should be happening instead? Alliance System counts recent players as contributors.
The in-game description of the Alliance System states that it consists of players on my friends list AND anyone I've recently played with. However, the game is not registering any recent players(friends or otherwise) as contributors.
