Aging up outside of home [ Edited ]

My girlfriend just had an amazing experience trying to get home from the park when someone was aging up. 

She has a married couple with 2 kids, one boy one girl. Both children are in the children age.

She stayed in the park for 1-2 days before closing the game without saving.

So you're saying she couldn't leave the park anymore cause the other Sim was stuck aging up ?

Try these steps:

1. Go to manage worlds
2. Click on your Sim's house
3. Select a Sim that is home
4. Try calling the Sim at the park home.

If that doesn't work:

1. Go to manage worlds
2. Select a community lot
3. Select the travel with option (airplane)
4. Select the Sim that is stuck to travel with
