Age Up Teen Account? I am an adult.

Madden 22 on Xbox Series X is asking me to update my account to a teen account, but I am an adult, lol and my ea account has me listed as an adult. I enter the e-mail associated with my account and get an error saying its a duplicate account, and I don't understand what to do next. EA support chat told me it would be a glitch i should report here. Can anyone help, or offer any suggestions?

We unfortunately are not able to assist with any account based requests on the forums for account privacy sand security protection reasons. We'll need to have you speak with our EA Advisors through one of these options below so they can verify account ownership and then proceed to help update your account for you so you no longer receive this error.
