After changing outfit, sims shortly wear the previous outfit

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let the sims change outfits.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims change into their new outfit but a second after or so they shortly wear their previous outfit. (It looks like a glitch). And and not even a second after that the outfit changes into the the new one that is selected.
What do you expect to see? Sims just changing into the new selected outfit.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
