After Ban my friends can't see my cafs anymore [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug I got a Ban of 30 days because my caf had a swastika. After my Ban i deleted my caf (who had the swastika) and started to play ufc 4 again. I also created new cafs ( Who are family friendly) but now everytime i play with my friends i can see their cafs but they can't see mine. They only see a black character with player name. Is this a bug or is it just because i once created a ( not family friendly) caf
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play against me
What happens when the bug occurs? My friends can't see my caf
What do you expect to see? That my friends can see my caf again

I’m having this problem as well and fixed the characters family friendly problem but still all my characters aren’t working
