Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Player 1 is offside but they don't touch the ball. Player 2 gets possession but the ref blows his whistle anyway. The commentators always make such a big deal about advantage being played when there's a foul... but apparently it's a great call when the ref blows for offside... even though the offending player hasn't touched the ball!!
What happens when the bug occurs? The ref blows his whistle when he should be letting the defending team play advantage
What should be happening instead? Advantage should be played by the defending team who gets possession.
