What do you expect to see? I should be watching an ad after I hit watch ad.
In the store, watch ad for w’s aren’t showing up. Watched it once and then it disappeared.

What for flagging this down for us. Can you all let us know what type of devices you're on and whether restarting your device and re-launching the app a couple times helps get the ads to show up? I've seen others report this in the past, however after a couple tries going in and out of the store it can help fix this. We'll continue to relay reports like this up to the team though.

Whenever I try to watch an ad to get the relevant reward it keeps bringing up this dialogue box [see attached] once the ad has finished playing.
"Your transaction was cancelled and you have not been charged".
So, I don't get the reward [either the W's points or any other campaign token].
I am using a Xiaomi Redmi 8A Smartphone.

I tried what you suggested, even reinstalling the app, but I keep getting the same message
I am really disappointed that I am not getting the rewards for a second day in the row...

I have tried all the possible ways as described
I made a fresh install [just 10 minutes ago for the 4th time today] & the problem is still there
It seems to have emerged suddenly after some new ads were added to the app
The Messenger one, the Facebook and another one I don't recall right now...
Is there an issue with those particular ads?
Do other people report the same behavior from the app?

You're not the only one as I've seen some reports from other sources head our way too. I've seen cases where it's only specific ads affected. We've raised this up to the team for investigation and I'll update the post as soon as we have more info around it. Any workarounds others have found useful are always appreciated here.
Have you tried resetting your Google Ad ID?
