Adds not playing continously

Hi.. I have this issue on the adds almost 1 week now. I notified the EA staff and reported it by email 3 times and i did already what they said but nothing works.. when i tried to changed my google id and did log in/out ( 2 days ago ) it became good coz the adds showed up. But the problem was, when adds pop up and i press it. Sometimes it only played few and then it stop, not playing continously. Example is the nba returnn xp with 5 adds to play. It only played 2 adds and its stop, then i wait for the remaing 3 adds to play untill the day ends it ddnt play. Same on the other campaign adds.. this not like before. I already reinstalled the app and re start my phone many times but still i encounter this problem till now. today another new campaigns ( strengthen nunbers and playoff ) started. I tried to press the adds, but it only played 1 add and the others stop. Hope you can help me to fixed this one coz its frustrating and im loosing lots of rewards already.. thanks
