Moved back to the UK and changed my activities reset time to 7pm (as desired).  This change appears to have worked correctly, but all reset times actually happening one hour later.

First screenshot shows activity reset time, second shows that reset will actually happen one hour later.

I'm in Scotland, and all the activities are an hour later than the in-game clock due to BST. The game clock has never adjusted for this. For 7pm change you need to select 6pm.

Do you still have a time change left?

@ChristophIV This isn't the solution. My brother has his set at 7pm and his resets at 7pm.
