Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any ship that I have "unlocked" and try to activate it. It will then loop to the crew member and tell you to activate an already active character.

You can see in this screen shot that jedi consular is already activated along with his ship, but it's still sending me through the tutorial.
