Actions don't work

There are a few actions that don't work for my sims, and I also have a few lastException.txt files. Try for Baby, opening a fridge, and getting pizza don't work. I haven't tried any other Maintenance things to call but I'm pretty sure they don't work either. What could this be?

Are you using mods in your game ? If so, please remove them
