Account wiped. [ Edited ]

Account seems to have been wiped. Been playing this game for Months, spent ~100$ in total, lvl77 hover around rank 1 in arena, top 10 guild. Phone died and when I logged in today it started the tutorial. No big deal, let it play through and then signed into my google account. It gave me the option to continue the game or start a new game. Bare in mind I have been playing since december using my google account, not some guest account. Naturally I clicked continue thinking it would relink my account...wrong, it continued with the level 2 account and nothing I do seems to be able to get my old save back. Need some insight on this... Player ID was czechmate fate, no idea of my ally code.

If you cannot recover the account from logging into your Google Play account you will need to contact us following the advice here (listing the player ID): https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-contact-support-for-star-wars-galaxy-of-heroes/
