Account Hacked and deleted my mods.

Hi all, my account got hacked last saturday and I've tried emailing EA three times to no avail and also have attempted to use the in-game help menu which also has not helped. The hacker spent all of my crystals an then also deleted all of my mods. I have no clue what to do as I can barely play the game without mods. Does anyone have any idea what to do?
