Accidental Purchase, looking for email

Where can I email about accidental purchase? I bought credits with crystals (next to the free pack). My hands just went through the motion after having done it 500+ times. I have not and will not spend the money in hopes that I can resolve this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
