Summarize your bug Have had both Razor and Commander Ahsoka Tano at 7* for some time, and was able to play Proving Grounds to earn shards/blueprints.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Proving Grounds with the unit at 7*.

Contrary to what was announced, players with Conquest units at 7* can earn shards from Proving Grounds.
