Ability buttons disappear in the Sith raid

Summarize your bug During the last turns before enrage in the Sith raid tier 4 phase 3. After taking a turn, my action buttons for the next character don't appear, and I can no longer take any actions.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Good question...

The game isn't frozen, characters are still doing their animations, I can still access the chat, change attack target, change game speed, and change auto battle settings, but choosing to do auto battle, does nothing.
I tried minimizing the game, pausing the game, waiting in game, opening different chat windows, but my ability buttons just wouldn't appear.
I had to force the application to close, and started over for another attempt. Same thing happened.
My guild mate advised me to try restarting my phone, so I did, and after that it worked.

Shortly after, another guild mate had the same problem too! He only restarted the game though, to fix his. So it's hard to say whether my fix actually fixed anything, or his fix didn't. Or if it wasn't even the same issue.

First time was at 4 turns before enrage (see screenshots), second time was at 3 turns before enrage. I used same team both times and restarted the game between each.

Reported in June. It's now October and not fixed.

This is annoying as all get out that EA/CG have known about this for over a year. Stop giving us new content before debugging old content.

I know debugging is boring, but you are making one of your best raids boring as well.
