@TheWeeLebowski Hey sorry to hear you had the missing minutes bug. Did you try any of the troubleshooting tips, like toggling auto on/off, and tapping a target repeatedly?

If you want to seek compensation for lost crystals due to a bug, you need to file a "lost items" ticket with customer support.

The missing special abilities in hsith p4 is a completely separate bug, and not the topic of this thread. It was fixed in the last patch. I doubt you'll get compensation for that, as all players were impacted by it. If your guildmates had also not experienced the bug also, you might have still scored in the exact same place. Just a thought.

Just got my ability button disapearing in raid right after Traya was topple,
Tried to change game speed, selected different auto mode, opened the in-game chat but nothing seems to unlock the UI.
Please advise on the bug status, it seems on SWGOH Trello page the bug appears as fixed...

I can not been this bug is still happening.  It has cost me multiple arena fights and now has cost me a final match in GA.

I have also had this issue in the sith raid, squad arena, and grand arena. Beyond frustrating- please add some sort of refresh feature that allows the game to pick up where it left off.

Happened to me 2 days in a row in Geonosis TB: I enter the fleet combat mission with my best fleet (normally an easy win) and there's no ability commands. Wasted my fleet and cost my guild GP 2 straight days.  This happens at least once every territory battle. 

I'm getting close to giving this game up with the consistent amount of errors over the last year. The frustration is outweighing the fun
