Ability Icons Disappearing

I've had this problem occur twice today in Fleet Arena, in a repeatable way.  In both cases, the only two ships on the field were Ahsoka and Y-Wing. I killed Ahsoka with a basic and the action buttons did not appear, although the battle timer kept counting down.  I had to reset the game, costing me 50 crystals.

Attempting again. You have gathered this information for over a year now. 
When was the last time a member of EA/CG actually looked into this thread? And when's the last time somebody looked into this issue? Is there any fix in sight for this?

Same issue.  Android while playing the Sith raid. Seems like this has become a bit of an embarrassment. 

Kylo had just landed a hit and then...nothing.  The speed multiplier button seemed to be active and I could press the 'auto' button but it would trigger no action.  As you can see, the 'gear' icon was greyed out and unavailable so I couldn't even quit the game without forcing it closed.

It happened to me today. The damage numbers randomly stopped going away and just piled up. Then the buttons disappeared and I was stuck.

Not that it is ever going to matter.  Here is ANOTHER pic of my buttons going out.  This time it was see vs see in gac.  I went into my ultimate and then the ai went into his ultimate or tried and the game glitched and that was it.  I have a vid of this taking place but I fully expect this falls on deaf ears.

Happened today (Nov 26th, 2020) during Fleet Battles on my Samsung S11 (Android 10).

This happened to me a few minutes ago, I had to close the app manually and I lost a Grand Arena: Championship battle that I easily would’ve won otherwise.

its amazing that this bug still exists. Just happened to me again, in ds geo tb with slkr. I'd post my screenshot and such but since I was one of the first ones on this thread a year ago, I know there's no point becuase nothing ever will be done about it

I have a Huawei P10Lite and the OS is 8.0.0 Android.

Game mode was Dark Side Geo TB P3 bottom and P3 fleet.

It is really embarrassing that this problem is still exists in 2020, over a year now...fortunately without these battles we can easily max P3, but you should make it work.
