Ability Icons Disappearing

Because my phone and iOS are old, I get a lot of stutters and crashes. The crashes have mostly been fixed. I noticed this icon problem happened with a lot of stuttering where I used to think it was about to crash. Instead of crashing this time, it recovered but without the ability icons present. From here, auto play button did nothing and I had to hard quit the game and restart.

Game crashes regularly sind 1-2 weeks ago. I either get disappearing icons or it just freezes all together.

It happens in raids, squad arena, tb and fleet. 

I loose crystals, gear(due to ranking in raids) and tokens.

This happens nearly every day now.

I'm playing on an xiami Mi9 on android

@CG_MindTricksI dispute your assessment that this is caused by the ability buttons disappearing. As many of the provided screenshots show, this occurs when no character on the ally team has a full turn meter bar, so the user should not be having a turn. It looks more like the game clock has paused and turn meter has stopped accumulating for all characters.

This happens to me a lot on Sith raid phase 3. Sony Xperia z5 compact. Android 7.1.1.
I don't have a screenshot since it didn't happen when I tried to reproduce it.

Happened twice while trying to do the event. Very frustrating and CG needs to re assess it's priorities. Maybe look into bugs that cost people time, effort, and often wins in TW and GAC instead of releasing thousands of dollars worth of packs every month.
