Ability Icons Disappearing

This is the 6th time this issue has happened to me. It is always Dark Side Geos Territory Battles, day 4, wave 4, when SLKR tries to resummon the battle droid my attack buttons disappear. I have had it happen in South zone and middle zone.

Got the missing ability icons bug during tier 3 of Supreme Leader Kylo Ren's and lost 60 dark side currency.

I started a Grand Arena battle and none of my abilities appeared, auto attack did nothing, and options was greyed out. I thought maybe it didn’t load all the way so I relaunched the game, and wasn’t able to use my squad anymore, possible costing me that round (thanks game). Went through the incredibly annoying and needlessly difficult path of reporting a bug (thanks web developers), had to find out my password for an account I haven’t signed into for years, did 10 million captchas (thanks internet), and finally got this far. 0/10 would not recommend. (Mostly kidding, I love the game, but that was an incredibly annoying experience I don’t want to repeat.) thanks for everyone’s hard work!

Currently on Apple iPad. Game had soft locked as I started the KAM special mission of the LS GTB. See screenshot attached. 

Will I be reimbursed the missed KAM shard as this is not an easily completed battle?
