Funny thing is that for me it happens, but for other not so much... I was at arena rank 24 and now I’m 31. It happed just 20 minutes ago 😡

Two straight battles vs a General Greivous team that lost buttons.  Both at the same time (immediately after the team's first turn with BB8 boosting them).

Same, after the clone aoe it got stuck, a few secinds later i had a black screen.

This happened in Territory Battles today. Moved mods onto my Nightsisters, started the battle. A few turns in I noticed the damage and healing was frozen on the screen only updating on the next use of an ability. Then the GP counter appeared at the top and it took away the ability icons. The game went into your soft lock and I couldnt access settings or use abilities.

I recorded the "freeze" to show the character animations were still going. My game cache was cleared yesterday and there is no way my Android is out of date on my Galaxy S8.

This cost my small guild a few million points so I hope we dont miss our 26th star because of this recurring issue. I will gladly give you anything more you might need to help find the cause.

Happened twice in conquest battles Sector 2, battles 2 and 4 vs Geonosians.

It's happened to me 5 times over the last 24h, all in galactic conquests so I've lost 75 energy now.

I'm on huawei p10, Emui 9.1.0 (android 9)

Mostly it seems to be with teams that do a lot of 'additional damage', eg traya against geos
