Summarize your bug Ability block does not stop Rex's Squad Discipline (Special)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do an ability block on Rex and just watch him cleanse himself anyway.

Ability block is supposed to block ANYTHING but basic attacks. Rex's "Squad Discipline" which is a Special completely ignores ability block and he can cleanse himself and everyone else even though he has a debuff on him that's supposed to keep him from using that special.

I've never seen this happen. Can you post a video next time it happens? Or at least post complete squad compositions so we can see what other abilities are active during the battle?
