Abandon penalty even after team eliminated

What happens when the bug occurs? Got an abandon even when my team gets eliminated. No abandon warning when leaving either
What should be happening instead? No abandon penalty if your squad is eliminated...
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? quit game right after last squad member dies while placing second.
Our team ranked second in ranked match and when my last team member got killed and I got the 'Squad Eliminated' message, I left the game (no abandon warning either). However, when I left, it told me I have abandonned and lost all my RPs... I had 2 kills and 7 assists plus second place. Usually when the squad eliminated message comes up, you are free to leave.
