Since the last update (1.13) the shadows in my game are really bugged. They "teleport" every minute, instead of making a soft movement, as you can see in this video: https://youtu.be/OLBWqvaXpas
I have no mods affecting time, shadows or whatever, and my graphics specs are on ultra. Tried repairing and disabling the mods too and it stays the same. Tried changing the game to 32 bit too!
Are there other people having this issue? And how can i fix it?
UPDATE: still seeing it even with the 12/17 update.
UPDATE 2: I changed my graphic card to AMD R7 370 2gb and I'm still having this issue.
My PC:
i5 2310 2,9GHz
8GB DDR3 1333MHz
GTX 550 Ti 1GB 192bit
AMD R7 370 2GB 256bit
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Also, The Sims 4 and the OS are in a SSD
UPDATE 3:
New specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1600
8GB DDR4 2666MHz
GTX 1070
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
And still having the issue...

Could you try changing back to 32 bit to see if you have the same issue ?
Could be connected to the flickering issue many are seeing.

same problem here 
in speed 1 time it takes 5 seconds to shadow move
