Week 3 and week 4 quest don't show up for me ether.

I tried moving my sims 4 file to my desktop, starting up the sims so it was a blank slate with no save data or anything, then putting the folder back (or I guess more like repopulating the new folder that automatically created upon game open) and nothing changed. The only think I can think that I did wrong is that I wasn't supposed to repopulate that folder with any previous saves or anything, and the fix you are suggesting is to essentially create a brand new save and start the event over which I would rather not do, as I've already sunk time in this.

Attached is an image of my unlocks, as well as the lack of  plumbing icon in love mode. This is what my game looked like both before and after I tried the 'moving file to desktop' fix you suggested.

Sincerely hope we get some information for console soon. Was beyond upset last week when my Xbox lost the event tasks and then compounded with the fact that the buy one get one free on expansion packs in the Xbox Microsoft store was ALSO glitched and inaccessible and never got any resolution from Microsoft on that (thank goodness EA decided to run a sale the week after) but it’s seriously stressing me out that I might get the same cold shoulder treatment from EA in regards to the event rewards as Microsoft gave everyone with the sale being inaccessible (which was a big *kick rocks*)

@EA_Cade Hi console player here. I am stuck on week 4. I can’t complete it because all I get is the grim icon and NO task window. I have no idea what triggered this. I didn’t leave my lot, I just logged on and the task window was not there and hasn’t returned with subsequent log ons. I can’t complete week 4 because there is no task to complete. Hope this gets fixed soon and for console players TOO

@EA_Cade I'm having the same issue. My screenshots are the same as everyone else's. Grim icon upper left, no tasks. I can click on it and view the potential rewards. First 2 weeks worked fine.
This third week I completed a couple of tasks before they disappeared entirely. I read the newsletter, ordered deathflower from the computer and got a task to talk to plants 3 times. Somewhere here the tasks just disappeared between switching households/manage worlds and I was never able to make the tasks return. Did all the usual repair/delete cache etc.

So I reported this before with Week 3, but Week 3 fixed itself... and now Week 4 is doing the same thing. I thought I might as well report it again just in case. Basically, the little plum bobs for the quests aren't appearing. I saw this fix from another person who basically said to remove the entire sims 4 file so sims can remake itself. but... I don't want to do that because I don't want to start from scratch all because of some bug. That, and that fix only a PC thing. I've also seen console players have the same issue.

The thing is, unlike week 3 the quests are visible for week 4. When I opened the Reapers Rewards quest via the Grim Reaper icon, it didn't let me see week 3 at all. Unfortunately, I didn't get a screenshot of that... but, here's comparisons of what I'm seeing for week 4, and... what i saw for week 2, which seems to have been the only week working for the events. And I might as well include that I can see the quests in the menu that pops up when clicking on the Grim Reaper icon for week 4 as well. I just... don't have access to them.

I have had no plumbob/tasks since one of my sims travelled elsewhere.

I tried moving the file but it just resulted in my sims being reset and having to start a new game, I moved the old file back but the game remains the same with me unable to access the quest window. Is there something I'm doing wrong or not doing? Sorry if this a stupid question.
