Reaper's Rewards: Grim Icon Visible But No Quests Available

PS5 here, no mission is displayed anymore, after finishing the first one of the first week.

What IS visible all the time though is the little reaper, sitting in the upper left corner, waving at me: "come and see all the wonderful rewards you could have earned... ha ha ha".

Also, the in-game advertising for this glorious event does work flawlessly. Well done!

Hello Simmers i have problem progressing the week 3 in reapers rewards. And i dont know what to do

It's honestly sad because Xbox is still having issues with the rewards and the plumbobs don't even show up for me and there's only one day left of the event. I guess EA really doesn't care about console players anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️

How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time 
What is your current game version number? Latest version 1.110.311.1020 DX 11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most including the new pack except a few packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to complete the Reaper Rewards but quests are NOT showing up 
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't complete quests = no rewards
What do you expect to see? Be able to see the progress of the Grim Rewards!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? None that I know of!

Hey Simmers, 

I may have seen this on another post but has anyone been able to complete the Grim Reapers Rewards Quest? The quest panel has disappeared so I can't complete anything. I have attached a screenshot for visuals. I have tried to repair the game and this did not fix the issue.

I’m stuck in week 5 I have reached out to ea multiple times with no solution. I’m on xbox one and I just wanted the last few rewards 😭 will you guys be at least giving them to the people that are having issues bc I could be done already. But the game is messed up

As the Reaper's Rewards event has now ended, this thread has been archived. 

Thank you all so much for sharing the information needed to assist the team. Even though some issues weren't able to be resolved by the conclusion of the Reaper's Rewards event, we were able to use that data provided to improve the experience for future events. 

As always, we continue to learn and explore how we can provide the best possible experience for all who play The Sims 4, and will use the information in this thread to make decisions on how we can best move forward for future events.
