I have an issue with sims getting the "Give Apartment Key" -from City Living whim when they live in normal home lots in other neighbourhoods. Sometimes they also haven't even been into San Myshuno.
I can "x" out the whim, but it keeps coming back, and of course I can't fulfill it because they don't live in an apartment .-.
Happens vanilla and modded.

My sim got a whim to try for baby when she lives in a house of 8 sims.

whim to buy an instrument, i bought a piano, a violin, a guitar, nothing was noticed, the whim stayed unfulfilled

2. the same sim with the whim to play an strument while he's actually playing the piano, not fulfilled

3. his wife

YA female, they are married from CAS

she wishes to go steady with someone, over & over again cluttering the whims with this useless stuff

well ...

it's a fairly new game

updated right before i started to play them, they were played for the first time

Just some questions about your report

1. When you bought the instrument did you place it on the lot or in the household inventory?

2. Did you try starting a new action to play an instrument and did this then fulfill the whim?

1. all three instruments were placed on the lot

i enabled the cheat ( testingcheats true bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement ) to buy the piano, he should be mainly a pianist

bought then the violin & then the guitar, cancelled then the whim, since it wasn't fulfilled

2. some time later when the wish appeared again, it was fulfilled by playing the piano

can't remember if the cheat was active or not at that time

i tested it now also with the violin directly from his inventory, the wish was fulfilled
