[ARCHIVED] Fence and Handrail overlap [ Edited ]

While I'm pretty sure the answer will be "it's by design", this is one of these little thing that pisses you off constantly and can't be easily dealt with. TS2 had pretty good railing system for both fences and the handrails of the stairs. Not perfect, but it worked. In TS4 after the hard searching for the fence and handrail that matches, you will discover it doesn't connect! They just overlaps resulting in something really ugly. This needs to be fixed.

This is related to the issue reported here.  It applies to fences as well as railing.  Here is an image of the type of thing the OP is talking about.

No, it's not cut effect, it's overlapping effect, I'll add image in a minute.

Though the thread could be merged in general "Fences problem", expanding its description.
