Sims 4 Dine out Restaurant sitting down bug

You can see they get up, Sit down, Get up, Sit down. Repeat. Then just stand there ignoring the food. This is similar to what happens to me.

Do you have the food putting down as well ?

I'm not seeing it to extremes in your game but I know what you mean.

I do see that on occasion in mine too

There might even be another thread floating around .. starting to loose track what here and what's on the forums.

It does not happen in my game all the time, but it does happen often. And yes, They will sometimes pick up the food and eat standing up, Sometimes putting the food down on other people tables. It seems to be worse when my restaurant is full. To me it seems like they are attempting to engage in a conversation with another sim, But the game is forcing them to sit back down because they are in the restraunt waiting for/ Eating food. And the result is a loop of them getting up and sitting down. Well thats my guess anyway. Apparently the devs stated before Dine out was released that this bug would be fixed.

Do they ever put the glasses on the floor though like in James' Video ?

Sometimes, sometimes they also put them down on other peoples tables.

Did you ever see a waiter just place the dish on the floor (not the fail animation but take it, then put on floor) ?

No, My waiters always deliver the food to the correct table. Its only the customers bugging out.
