This was the only thread I could find with my similar problem. I'm doing a 100 baby challenge, and I currently have a full house with seven children. All of them except one has the second lightest ("strawberry") blonde shade of hair, and all of them have crazy, changing eyebrows.

 

I do use MC Command Center, but I removed it when this started happening and it didn't fix the issue. Otherwise, I have no mods and my game is up to date. It's affected all of them at all life stages so far, but especially the children it seems.

 

I'll try playing for a little right now to get some screenshots.
