Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.63.134.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of the packs except Eco Lifestyle
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make the "Play (Console Game Name)" whim appear with a gaming console on the lot. Then try to fulfill the whim by play the specific game on the gaming console.
What happens when the bug occurs? The "Play (Console Game Name)" whim is not fulfilled after doing it.
What do you expect to see? The "Play (Console Game Name)" whim to be fulfilled after doing it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm not quite sure which caused this bug to happen but it does still happen. It's just a minor bug but it still drives me nuts. XD
