As for the other issue, I would post in the general Sims forum and add your specs to your thread. It's probably something that needs troubleshooting

More than anything else, the DigiRAD keyboard is annoyingly fragile. At least three to four times a week, the blasted thing breaks down.

I never understood that. Why is it a problem? If an old issue is still an issue, then why not bring it up? I would think it would be better to keep the entire history of a bug all together in one place instead of spreading it out among many different posts.

@Psychotps Cause things change over the years and it might not be the same issue, especially if fixes have been attempted in the past.

It really depends which one are kept open and which not. The ones without template are getting locked though. There's also many issues that have more current threads like this one.
