Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. It's not related to actions in menu or location on map
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. playing the game
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) every time i try to play with all 6 cores
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes and either crashes to desktop or disconnects
What should be happening instead? the game not doing that
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play this game using an AMD FX-6300 processor using all 6 cores

When playing the game using 6 cores of my CPU, the game freezes and either disconnects every game or before every game. Disabling cores 5 and 6 in my motherboard bios fixed the problem, but framerate is significantly lowered. There is also crackling audio in the main menu, but nowhere else, but it isn't related to the 'cores' problem, but may be related to the game being poorly optimized on this specific processor.

Easy fix is go in your bios then disable cores 5 and 6. Game runs good with 4 cores and it fixes stuttering freezes and crashes with Fx cpus
