Summarize your bug A death got added to my stats after the end of a round. Happening every 5-10 rounds for no reason.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a couple of matches and check the scoreboard after every round.
What happens when the bug occurs? A death will be added to your stats
What should be happening instead? Death shouldn't be added to your stats

I recognized that 6 month ago for the first time.
First I thought that I got revived to many times but then it happened after I spawned into a round that ended few seconds later and I didn't even got shot once. I'm playing mostly breakthrough but it happened on Rush as well. I don't think that it have anything to do with the game mode you are playing. 

The clips are recorded 14th and 15th August. I will add them later via YouTube, it just don't work the intended way.

Kills have been subtracted and/or deaths added at the end of a round randomly since launch - I don't expect this to get fixed any time soon

I have also experienced this bug/issue.

Also seen it happen; didn't die during a match of conquest, end of round 2 deaths were added. During that match I've been revived, so maybe the 'downed state' is causing a death to be added?

Sometimes at the end of the round if you are near an enemy and he keeps shooting at you or you keep shooting you can get extra kills and deaths, that happens because the game doesn't really stop...gj DICE
